My interpretation of this goes like this. 60,000 concert goers stream into a venue, passing through check points that are set up to snap each individuals facial details. Being a large venue; I assume a large server is on site loaded with facial recognition data With a specific hit list of wanted individuals or persons of interests.
Ao turns up at the turnstile - his image is flagged, he sitting in a hooked seat presumably not under his own name and bingo the cops arrive. Certainly possible in any venue with current tech BRN or other.
Not forgetting; this could be purely a propaganda exercise or Ao was anticipated or expected to be at the venue. To many unanswered questions about the actual operational execution of the arrest.
