    Thank for the reply.
    I quickly check the Silex Annual Report 2016. On page 49, Note 5 Discontinued operations and Assets held for sale, it had the following dosclosure.

    "............ Under the terms of the License and Assignment Agreement, IQE was required to pay an initial License Fee of US$1.415 million and this was received in March 2016. ..................."

    Therefore, we would be very disappointed to hear this news!
