A few recent events have gotten me thinking about the competitive tension we are all hoping for. Also, still unsure of Martin Rogers involvement in "Twittergate". Then to partial conversion of options happened yesterday and made me look back to find out who held the them and - even more important - why.

Celgene hunting in AU back in 2015 - msb on their hook for diseases including GvHD and cancer.

So they met in Tokyo: Celularity, FujiFilm, Martin Rogers and Ross/Cynata, a loose chat slowly starts heating up...
Celularity putting "it" on the table and start measuring:

and of course 4.86 inches (HSBC nominee account/s).
FujiFilm straight out:

Please note, I have made a few assumptions here that cannot be proven - yet, but I think that there is a good chance of a blocking stake being in existence already, hence they met in Tokyo to discuss.
