    Succeed to exist and Ross gets the full value of this stock in our hands over the course of time; fail and get taken over after an all our price war. Either way we win.

    My only concern is that Celularity and Fuji might find a way to collude for their mutual benefit and not ours.....Need another player, that would make things interesting!
