    Hi all, I note that Celularity looks to be heading to IPO later this year.

    A value of USD1.4B for 25% of Celularity would value them at USD5.6B = AUD7.2B.
    Suppose they wanted to roll Cynata into that equation, the market wouldn't blink at an extra 10% for some critical IP, which would put us around the AUD7 mark per share.
