Your explanation is too easy and simple.)))) My point was that they received significant amount too quick, specially taking into consideration , that it's their second attempt for IPO (and this fact often discourage investors).
So, may be somebody know something , which I am not aware of )))
At this stage, taking into consideration second attempt and not cheap (by my opinion) IPO price, I am not going to participate. Unless some new info will change my opinion.
