JUPITER IPO UPDATE

Jupiter Mines Limited (“Jupiter” or “Company”) announces that the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (“ASIC”) has requested further time to review the Prospectus lodged on 19 March 2018. ASIC have extended the Exposure Period by an additional 7 days, to 2 April 2018.

A revised timetable for the Initial Public Offering (“IPO”) will be released shortly, however the Company remains committed to a target listing date on or about 18 April 2018. All dates are indicative only and are subject to change.
