I agree that there have been many instances of abscopal responses, but I respectfully suggest that we are talking about different things.
You diligently copied the following statement: "Golden et. al. showed that 27% of the patients treated with this regime demonstrated abscopal responses", but you did not copy the immediately preceding sentence, which said: "An abscopal response was defined as an at least 30% reduction in size from baseline in any measurable non-irradiated lesion"
In your research, have you come across any instances of abscopal responses in which either (a) a palliative dose of radiation was used; or (b) the complete eradication of distant tumours resulted?
