    Well I’m 26, and can assure you the whole crowd between 18-35 simply have no idea about interest rates. Most are levereged to the hilt, claim renting is dead money, say rates can’t rise much, and that I should buy a house before values rise again.

    I’m very comfortable sitting out this cheap and easy credit fuelled madness, unfortunately the majority always get hit when a market turns. Then... all those people will try and blame someone/anyone but themselves.

    Rates are going higher... and these same young people are probably going to through a very bad experience as rates rise faster then anyone suspects, property values fall faster then anyone suspects, and places like Europe go through another severe economic experience.

    All IMO.
