Wise words here, Eagle. One hopes our younger audience (under 35), of whom have never experienced a significant down turn in the property market will heed the warning. That said, I "think" we may have a year or twos grace. While China and India continue to grow and Australia's employment rate remains steady I think we'll be ok (for the time being). Nevertheless, one should always plan for the inevitable future and strategize for negative events.
