Yes well I don't know anyone that's ever saved a 20% deposit. Perhaps that's just the poor background I come from.

As for wages growth...lol what wages growth?? Don't tell me you get a CPI increase each year? That's government, fantasy land kinda stuff
I think my last 4 grp tax certificates were less than each year before. We've had multiple pay freezes since the GFC.... oh plus the odd 0.9% or 1.5$ increase. Might get 2% if I'm lucky this year. We'll see.
