    Agreed! - on both counts, Eagle. Aside from your above comment on commodities I see from your HC history that you're long on the commodities sector. For argument sake let's say property is a commodity of sort, so should be acceptable to discuss the commodities market here for the sake of general market direction, or the divergence there of. So in that vein I'd be interested in your opinion on the metals sector, including lithium, given the current economic environment. Talk Trump and the possible trade war, expansion of China (belt road), India and re-ignition of the commodities boom. I'm curious to see if your thoughts coincide with mine.
    And for those that think this question in inappropriate for this forum, please consider that metals are all connected to property in some shape or form. Nothing in isolation.
