Why is rent going to stay same price if its more expensive to buy ....then again if market crashes all renters signed on leases will be able to buy and cover house they have lease with
Houses are way to high for us but not for others...l would love to see prices drop as l would be able to buy 1 each for my kids....1st house l bought was 57k 20 years back..300 a month bank payments 500 rent....bring those days back would be great

Why should rents increase just because interest rates increase? They never went down as interest rates were dropped.
