Time will l suppose...in my business when costs when up so did the product price so just assuned if interest rates went up people could less afford to buy so rent demand would still be high but yea in theory people think interest rates rise houses crash using past information on how things played out is all good but fact remains overseas players are happily invested in australia and australians are happy paying rent or cannot afford to buy with interest rates low so being high would assume they are stuck in cycle...problem is many thought they could exit property market and re enter unfortunately overseas buyers have enjoyed all the work so they have plenty cash
Anyways l do hope they drop l have 4kids but hey time will tell

Well their happy investment in australian housing may turn into sad investments, like other past foreign investors have experienced during the last major price correction.
Oh and they will be cutting migration levels if they havent started already im confident if it.
And yes time will tell..
