5.6 Verification
(a) Atlas must undertake reasonable verification processes in relation to the information included in the Scheme Booklet (other than the MinRes Information) so as to ensure that such information is not misleading or deceptive in any material respect (whether by omission or otherwise) and, once those processes have been completed, provide written confirmation to MinRes of the completion of such processes.
(b) - MinRes must undertake reasonable verification processes etc. etc

Questions for AGO management:
The small shareholders of AGO respectfully request:
1) Name(s) of "Independent Expert" (IE) appointed to prepare the Independent Expert’s Report?
2) Details of the selection process followed for the IE, with a brief description of how the Independence has been assured and how any conflicts of interest will be avoided?
3) The processes to be followed to ensure "verification" (clause 5.6 of Scheme Implementation Deed), including assurance of independence
