Independent Expert

5.1(d) (commission Independent Expert’s Report) immediately and in any event no later than ten (10) Business Days after execution of this deed, appoint an Independent Expert to provide the Independent Expert’s Report, and provide any assistance and information reasonably requested by the Independent Expert to enable it to prepare the Independent Expert’s Report as soon as possible (and in any event, no later than three Business Days) after the making of such requests;

So this "Independent Expert" (IE) should have now been appointed. I'd like to know who it is. I'd also like to know if any interested parties eg. shareholders, are able to make submissions for consideration by the IE.
