It has caused other companies problems starting up.
It must be running smoothly pretty quick.

There are always costs involved in mining
Hall roads, tailings dams, new pits.
Incentive bonuses, Holidays, Office parties ect ect
This will continue into the future.

Have the best grades been mined
Or are they yet to be mined.
