    Hi names
    Here is a copy of the legislation;
    NATURAL_WEALTH_AND_RESOURCES__PERMANENT_SOVEREIGNITY__ACT_2017.pdf
    Point 6 of that announcement is an erroneous statement IMHO. It is also poorly worded and most certainly does not align with what is stated in the legislation.
