@Navid, the mid-cap stocks tend to get pushed around a lot by the big fish, Vocus is not so big that it cant be pushed around by big instos with an agenda, but big enough that they can make meaningful amounts of $$$ by doing so.

Remember GS selling at the recent peak a month ago, they are also advisers to the NZ sale, and probably have inside knowledge about how things are going. There doesnt have to be actual insider trading for them to manipulate the market, they just have to lean on it at the right time.
