Agree, I am a holder of VOC but only when it cheapish $2ish because they are a basket case and need to be restructured, sell the asset, repair balance sheet and unlock value.
it a doable job with the asset they hold, just like FXJ when it is 70-80c with Domain holding and how activist investor gets FXJ to spin out domain and wham value unlocked.
it not going back to $9 that is for sure but can be a double value from here.
