As the process has dragged on for so long , surely NZ staff are demotivated ( who wants to work at a place with a massive for sale sign overhead for 6 months and a bleeding parent ) , suitors will just sit and wait ( again parent has no negotiating power with its state of dissaray ) price will be in the very low end of estimates , whay pay up when the parent is in so much strife ?
