Not at all, my suggestion is that if a raising is needed it will be a gift to the mob that want to take us over and will be done well below where we are at the moment.
Then being the generous white knights they are they will scoop us up for a generous premium that would be lucky to be a number starting with a 3.
I started buying when it went below what I considered to be below the value of the worst case scenario, I consider decent result to be around the original offer price of $3.50, unless of course the Government decided to write down the value of the NBN by about half and lowered the prices dramatically, then best case would likely be much higher, sadly VOC will likely not exist in it's current form by the time that happens.
