I'm tipping $450m as the sale price with TLS either being the winning bid or close.
If they don't sell unfortunately I also believe it will be a quick and dirty cap raising to stay afloat, I don't think that will be the result but I bought back into VOC knowing full well this is not a good company any longer, it's a value play based on it's parts and has no credibility left at all, a raising would likely be well supported but will be offered at a big discount to the same people who want to take it over IMO.
Just my opinion and reason for buying back in after having been a 3 bagger for me in the past.
