    If John Ho is faced with a capital raising or accepting a bid for the entire company at say $3..a discount to previous offer...why do punters think VOC is heading for a capital raising.

    It's nonsense. My view is we are going into a trading halt sometime next week. One way or another VOC is going to be dolled up and married off.
