    I assume so, but there are contributions from others also, PNG/Solomns, and some other international development money as well IIRC.

    Once the main route is sorted, i hope Vocus will consider paying some extra for more capacity and a branch to a second Australian landing point. (Sydney-Gold Coast seems like it could be a good idea)
