I dont believe the board would even consider a full sale for $250m.

But $250m would be enough to take the pressure off, so it could be an offer of $250m up front, with other considerations later, or a partial sale, something like that.

@G650er there probably isnt much the board can do about it in this situation, they leak could have come from outside Vocus, and it could weaken their negotiating position if they came out and confirmed or denied rumous of non-binding offers.
