They should allocate enough into Capex but the big winner will be debt reduction. That's what the market is expecting and that's probably what they have told all the instos and brokers. A big reduction in debt will see the sp shoot up. imo
But of course, we still need equipment that generates revenue So need a fairy godmother to give us a huge price for the nz business.
