Whats clear is that the Vocus expansion did not work for a multitude of reasons. They might have been good individual businesses purchased but if the management cannot integrate and continue to add value through the additional streams then it equals a fail. That's what clearly has happened here. Now the "new decision makers are getting back to basics. Personally, I think its a good move but that's the accountant coming out in me. Other views, opinions?
