Neoen also own the "SA Big Battery" - it's part of the Horndale wind farm development. My guess is that the reason Tesla was able to deliver the Big Battery so quickly is that much of it was already planned and committed as part of Horndale (especially the grid connection infrastructure).
Right place, right time. Good luck to them. And now Neoen are front and centre in the SA Govt's mind whenever they are looking at other projects (especially when they sound good in the lead up to an election).
