My understanding is that the toxicity study is not blinded, so there will be interim results available. So if they haven't been killing too many animals they should know 4-5 moths in that everything is going ok. The risk in month 6 is probably low.

They can't do a deal and sit on it as some have suggested. Both Neuren and the other party will need to advise the relevant exchanges. If the toxicity study is a factor then they can still do a deal subject to successful testing. We have to remember that there are deals being done at P1 and P2a so risk can be managed through milestone payments etc. I don't think it is in any way an issue, especially considering there have been no adverse events in all of the trials to date. Likely a slam dunk IMO.

Pilcher confirmed that they are having a number of confidential discussions. The ball is rolling (albeit slowly) and there will be an announcement at some stage. They can't do P3 without funding is some way shape or form. One would think that a CR would already be done if that was the option of choice.

I think they will do a licencing deal or sell out. My personal view is that a CR will be as a result of deal failure which would be of concern. Maybe the reasons for the deal not succeeding now don't go away after P3. If pharma aren't willing to stump up the cash we could tip more money in and still get a low ball deal post P3.

I am up loaded up because I believe a deal is in the making otherwise I would take my 2 bagger and move on.
