Having held for over 5 years I have come very cynical about ICG.
The number of great discoveries with a big fanfare and great excitement cannot be counted (nor can they be counted upon). All that is happening is that we are paying salaries to people who love to travel (mainly to South America) and happen to like the lifestyle it gives them.
It appears that where they are looking is never going to give them anything that is in quantities worth digging out of the ground. If they think they have something to develop get on with it and get a return.
A geologist looked at it about 3 years ago and said I would be better off elsewhere.
Unfortunately I was too stupid to take his advice
