And the money starts to roll in for one of our new divisions in IBN Internatonal Realty. $3 million is
a nice sale price and I imagine the commission will be handy as well.

Some of the new divisions of IBN have the potential to be big successes, like this unit, I also expect that
over time we will see the mortgage division doing well and the commissions will start to flow for it.
All is going well here and we are still only at 0.7 cents.
