    I likewise see the undervaluing of GRR, but one main reason it’s SP remains low to NTA is the fact that it is a one mine company. Yeah, great revenues coming in but what about future growth? Too much capex to do anything alone with Southdown, and not sure the billion+ needed is likely to be forthcoming.

    However, having said that it’s worth accumulating < 20 cents cum dividend which I will likely do...DYOR
