Interesting to go back and read the quarterly report from 1 year ago. Links below.
Note between the 2 reports, the timelines changed and the major difference was the MOU with CAT. Based on this I do not feel that the original timeline changed due to hidden problems. More likely the additional money and resources from CAT allowed the project to be de-risked, while still achieving the stock option driven goal of houses built and options achieved before end of 2018.
Looks like FBR release their quarterly updates on the 27th ish of the month following the ending of the quarter.
So I'm looking to April 27th or 28th for the release of the next report.
