Looks like TA think the easy yards are over and that future growth might be a bit harder to achieve. So how good a judge are TA Investment? From their track record over the last 3 years (although the info is a bit dated), they have not turned much of a profit on their dealings, so I don't think we should be too concerned over this transaction
