"Macquarie Securities (Australia) Limited in conjunction with its affiliates (“MSAL”) entered into a Block Trade Agreement (see Annexure C) on 1 March 2018 with entities listed in those agreements. Pursuant to section 608 of the Corporations Act, MSAL acquired a relevant interest in shares of Speedcast International Ltd on execution of the Block Agreement and subject to the terms of that agreement. Under the Block Agreement, MSAL acted as lead manager of the sale of the shares, all of which shares have been sold."
