yes. mxg have been awarded the majority of the contested points in the uk high court. cbuk have been ordered to pay and the judge requested settlement be negotiated between the two parties. cbuk applied to the court for leave to appeal further and today that has been denied.
either cbuk settle with mxg or the court will determine damages and costs. according to mxg's annual report if it goes to court the matter will be determined in march 07.
