Cash balance at the of the quarter was $1.3m and $911k estimated cash outflows, so should have left about $400k by the end of this quarter.
The license fees are not recurring so we won’t see them paid again this quarter.
The terms of the license fee are not clear, is there a relationship with the convertible provider?
