yep, I just fielded a call also (nz) got the threats pitch re; AVB s/p falling if I don't accept offer, etc etc. she was on the line for a good while reading the offer doc to me, I allowed her to ramble on, nice voice
finally she asked if I intended accepting the offer
and told her NO !! and why. much the same as Vesp above. She was from Georgeson Securities on behalf of Avanco. She ended by giving me Scotts number. They are gathering their troupes so we should also gather ours
