    Also know of a couple of people who bought first with long settlement thinking their property was worth more (often the way) and also thought bridging finance would be easy to get if needed.
    Not so and they were then forced to accept a lower price than what they wanted.
    Not all houses are the same when it comes down to it and not everyone goes by bedroom count alone. So many things are taken into consideration because it is such a big decision.
    Even houses that are turned over too often give people the idea of why, what's wrong that no one stays more than a couple of years?
    With so much information now available on the internet a lot more research can be done by a prospective buyer.
    Really nothing like talking to a couple of locals to get a good idea of things.
