And it was a yearly gig..l would imagine those bins are around 1200 a pop from memory he got 300 to remove and put new ones in...bins being replaced many where near new...was going to call the local paper but thought stuff it whats the point
Only if we had people interested in running councils like a business and being left over with money to give back to the rate payer.all crooks...All of them....seriously ring them up and question the water for parks bit....then the water company charges it once annually....and we pay it...l had an argument with them about it that even the person on the other line could not answer it properly...her explanation was as follows
When you pay water rates its for your local parks
When you pay water park annually to water company its for other parks
My response was oh l get it l pay for people in frankston on the annual water bit and pay for cheltenham on rates and people in frankston pay for water annually for cheltenham and then rates for frankston
