I like seeing everyone winning and being able to succeed. .crap mate l was an apprentice when l bought my first place
2nd year ...think of the poor guys now ...hard to work your butt off and not be able to own your slice of the pie which you one day bring up your family etc...l dont care if houses are cheap creates opportunity and by cheap l dont mean a million bucks l mean 100 k or 200k...those days where great for all...low cost of living and if you busted your nuts you got ahead...
Tough times for sure hopefully our kids get a chance to get into the market one day at reasonable prices
Far out my 1st place set me back 57k god those days where good
