Yes, a housing crash has been talked about for many years. BUT
all the signs are now looking dim.
The questions is how long will this continue. And how bad will it get?

To deny the possibility of a severe housing crash in Australia is pure folly. You are living in a dream world. Everyone outside of Australia can see that we had a housing bubble.
Fact: the Australian housing market has seen 11 consecutive months of falling prices.
I expect this to continue for the next 12 months at a much faster pace.
Im sure we will look back at your reply in 12 months and laugh
