    Hi Dex, don't do a dummy spit, your contribution was appreciated. I expected one from MB. Surprised he lasted as long as he did this time. Looks as though he now has a private forum.
    Many desperate holders wanting good news and fearful that the doomsday crowd were winning the arguments led to heated exchanges should not have had the degeneration of discussion that led to a flurry of moderations.
