It's simple. They updated/cleansed the market for the capital raise so it was probably the first time they haven't been "insiders" in a very long time. So first chance to legally sell. And ditto for the future ie they will soon be finalising debt terms etc and other market sensitive tasks - so last chance to sell for a while. Nothing sinister.
Sometimes the easiest answers are the simplest.....
Great stock this. Wish I had bought more at .50 - but got a lot in the raise. Easily $3 by year end.
