PEM have just slid 60% in 3.5 weeks. It looks difficult to value with lead and zinc looking shaky. Possibly it cold retrace? risk!!
I think if you are looking for certainty then I would go to the banks. They will go up alot imho
If you have been in FXR for a while then it could be good to hang in until something is announced. There has been a drought of info and they must have been doing something.
