Funding/Offtakes
No way in hell that Taurus will hand over a $US200m cheque without all the offtakes in place. It's a big wad of money and they will want comfort that all the products will be sold to pay this debt.
Begs another question, why didn't Taurus JV it and throw their part of the funding in, instead of just bankrolling a large part of it?
