I have one of these bloody things on my left kneecap which crops up from time to time, most recently last week when I got out of bed and could hardly bend my leg. Doctor prescribed me anti-inflammatory to be taken for 7 days only, and suggested if I wanted the thing to not reappear, then see an Orthopaedic surgeon to have it removed.
I am not sure that I want to go down that track.
Has anybody had same condition and had it removed, or had luck with any other treatment ?
I am an ageing golfer, and that is my main purpose in life at present !!Just need that flexibility in the knee.
