it depends on what you want to do with them and your ability to convert them if necessary.
buying OAs at .002 allows you to pay maximum .012 for heads should you intend to convert them and offers bagger potential leaving a choice to convert some or all if they rise.
should the heads fall below 10 and you let the OAs expire then you essentially are buying at that price plus .002
OBs are a leverage play and would unlikely be converted (from this point). take the bags and put them elsewhere or just pay the cheaper price for the heads.
