Hi MalcolmD...still think it is better to confront him...CEOs will hide behind sensitive negotiations because it is market sensitive...but this should have been sorted out a year ago...the least he can do is lay it to rest by announcing the terms of the agreement...not just a MOU,or let us know the status of the position of both parties.
These delays will not do the SP any favours and it is where it is because of the delays and I am sure he is aware of it...but just keep the shareholders informed
